Returns and Refunds

Contact us through the Contact page on our store within 30 days of delivery to request a return or report an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damage or defects, photos or a short video can help us review the claim.

Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and returned with its original packaging and included accessories. We review each request individually.

If our review confirms that Druzzer sent the wrong item or that the item arrived damaged or defective, we will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement. We will not charge return shipping for an error confirmed to be ours. Other approved returns must be shipped using the return instructions we provide; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

After an approved return arrives and is reviewed, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 15 – 30business days for us to process the refund; your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
